Delivery
Access is provided immediately after a successful payment, through a download page on this site and a secure download link sent by email. Download links expire after a limited time for security; contact us for a new link.
Licence and copyright
The guide, including its photographs, is the property of Qazaq National Parks. It is licensed for the personal, non-transferable use of the purchaser and may not be copied, resold, republished or distributed without written permission.
Accuracy
The guide reflects local knowledge at the time of writing. Opening hours, prices, cable-car operation and road conditions change. Always check current information before travelling.
Liability and governing law
The guide is information, not a travel service. We are not responsible for decisions made or costs incurred during your trip. These terms are governed by the laws of Kazakhstan.
