Digital delivery
The guide is delivered instantly as a downloadable file, so the purchase is complete as soon as the file is available to you.
If something goes wrong
If your download does not work, the file is damaged, or you were charged twice, email alanqaiqnp@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout. We will resolve it or refund you in full.
Change of mind

How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method, normally within five to ten business days.
